End of Financial Year in June can sneak up on not-for-profits. The importance of EOFY giving for not-for-profits cannot be overstated. Often donors will want to take advantage of the tax benefits of a donation but may not know how much they will need to give to stay within their tax bracket until the end of June. This is why NFP’s see a massive jump in donations in the few days before 30th June. It is important to create a plan and start preparing as early as possible for a successful campaign. Some things to note:
– NFP Organisations will see approximately 55% of their revenue come in during the final week
– 60% of that will come in the final days of June
