Is there a maximum I can raise through the SupporterHub platform?

You can raise an unlimited amount through the SupporterHub donation pages with a 0% fee. This includes both one off donations and recurring donations. 

Will my donors be offered a tax receipt?

Every donation that comes through the SupporterHub pages will receive an automatic receipt that supporters can you for tax purposes. You can customise the receipt to include your business details and also the specific project to which the supporter donated.

How do we receive donations into our bank account?

Once you have set up your SupporterHub account, every fundraising page you create through SupporterHub allows you to receive money directly into your bank account. Once the funds have been cleared, you will normally see them within your bank account within 24 hours.
