How do we receive donations into our bank account?

When you get started with SupporterHub, you will set up a merchant facility to take payments through SupporterHub into your bank account. You only need to set this once and after that any page you create through SupporterHub will automatically allows funds to go through to your bank account.

How long does it take for donations to reach our bank account?

Once you have set up your SupporterHub account, every fundraising page you create through SupporterHub allows you to receive money directly into your bank account. Once the funds have been cleared, you will normally see them within your bank account within 24 hours.

Is there a maximum amount I can raise through SupporterHub?

The sky is the limit.  SupporterHub has no limits on the amount you can raise
